  Good swimming lessons for kids, friendly staff. Usually the pool is not busy, unless by chance you come at the same time as an aquarobics class.

  Great clean facilities with very friendly and helpful staff. Group classes are fun & instructors are knowledgeable, approachable & passionate about fitness. The swim facility is also beautiful, which includes a lap pool & warmer kids pool. My LO loves her swim class! There's also a kids play club that members can utilize for free in the mornings. We're very happy with the facility

  Ample close parking is just the start! Modern upgraded building, beautifully heated 2 pools, heaps of clean showers and lockers. Upstairs is the gym which overlooks the pool and recreation center. The cross trainer machines are all new with all working tv built in. New body building machines and free weights and enclosed large wooden floor area which Pilates, Body Balance, Pump etc classes are held.

  There's a few tables to enjoy a snack or coffee afterwards, unless you come at the same time as a big class and they fill it up.

  Its is centrally located right between work and home for me! Fantastic! Also, I am happy about the 20% discount if you sign up with a buddy. This makes it very cost effective and you are not being locked into a yearly contract as you can cancel at any time!

  Great gym, has really good facilities, new equipment, big pool, fantastic classes, excellent instructors. I'm really satisfied with their service. Been with this gym for 3 years now. Oh, and for those who are over 50s, families with kids or disabled members, this is an excellent gym for everyone. Very inclusive.
